Tera Young joined Elevate in 2020, where she started in the Dental Billing division and then became a key member of the Business Support team. Tera leads all new client on-boardings, where she ensures that each practice is fully integrated into the Elevate Hub for reporting and communication and introduced to the team of experts who will be supporting the practice. Tera brings a unique blend of experience to Elevate, having been in the dental industry since 2014 in various roles including chair-side assisting, claims management, and dental information technology. Her management philosophy is to become a student of every dental practice; listening to their goals and needs and considering their perspective creates the foundation for a successful partnership.
