Melissa Davidson was named Elevate’s Supervisor, Dental Billing in 2023 after demonstrating outstanding performance first as a dental billing specialist and later as a team lead. Melissa joined Elevate in early 2021 after having served as the longtime office manager for a large practice in Washington. Her work in the dental industry dates back to 2005, when she started in a small office and gained valuable experience supporting scheduling, insurance billing, patient collections and chair-side assisting. Her primary focus since then has been in the areas of dental insurance billing and office management. Melissa prides herself on being a valuable resource to every client and someone who is adept at problem-solving. She regularly leans on her extensive and broad experience to educate dental practices on the most effective ways to improve their financial health.
