Your office staff will be responsible for scanning checks and EOBs. Your Elevate account lead will also host regular update meetings with your team, so we can review performance reports and address any questions or issues in real-time.

Elevate requires an initial 6-month commitment from our clients. When you partner with Elevate, our goal is to build an interactive and trusted relationship with your team. The first several months are a critical time when we acclimate you to our processes and conduct a “deep dive” into the specific needs of your practice. In this timeframe, you can expect to see the tangible and positive outcomes of our solutions. Continuity is the key to our collective success.
For cloud-based systems: We access your dental software with an account log-in assigned to the Elevate team.
For other systems: We use a secure screen connect software that allows us to remotely access your computer and dental software.
You will scan all checks and EOBs into the user-friendly Elevate Hub Dashboard we create for you. We have a channel for daily communication and are also available by email and phone.
We process the narratives from your clinical notes within your dental software. If information is missing within the clinical notes section of your dental software for that specific patient, we will reach out to notify you that we need more information. We also have narrative templates we can use depending on the situation.
