Your office staff will be responsible for scanning checks and EOB’s onto the Elevate Billing account file. Your office staff will also join us on a monthly update call. Lastly, we will provide your office manager with daily, weekly, and monthly reports that they will be able to review and respond with any information/actions we may need completed.

We require a 3-month commitment from our clients. When working with Elevate Billing Solutions, you are entering into a relationship investment of trust and expertise that takes time. Three months gives us enough time to on-board and become acclimated with your practice, and by that time the practice can expect to see tangible impacts. If you would like to cancel service after the first 3 months, we simply ask for 30 days notice.
For cloud-based systems: We access your dental software with an account log-in assigned to the Elevate team.
For other systems: We use a secure screen connect software that allows us to remotely access your computer and dental software.
No, you will actually just scan all checks and EOB’s into the Elevate Billing file that we create for you. We will follow-up by email to provide your daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
We process the narratives from your clinical notes within your dental software. If for some reason information is missing within the clinical notes section of your dental software for that specific patient, then we will reach out to notify you that we need more information. We also have narrative templates we can use depending on the situation.
Our team is able to collect such a high percentage because we are working on your billing and accounts full time. Our billing team is also very knowledgeable, experienced, and highly trained. Additionally, our team is not interrupted by the daily activities of the dental practice, so we are able to focus the entire day around your practice’s revenue cycle. The Elevate team will be in touch with you within 24 hours after submitting your information. We will then have an initial discussion to gain an understanding of your practice’s current situation.
